London, British Library, Ms. Royal A 20, XVI

This very fine chansonnier of French provenance around the years 1480-90 is almost an antology of chansons by Agricola and Hayne van Ghizeghem. Recent scholarship attributes its collection to Anne de Beaujeu and and her husband Pierre de Bourbon in 1488 when they gained their position as counts of Bourbon.
