{"id":1510,"date":"2018-11-24T23:12:24","date_gmt":"2018-11-24T22:12:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/patrickjullien.de\/Goldbergstiftung\/?page_id=1510"},"modified":"2018-11-27T11:02:44","modified_gmt":"2018-11-27T10:02:44","slug":"dr-clemens-goldberg-the-founders-curriculum-vitae","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.goldbergstiftung.org\/en\/dr-clemens-goldberg-the-founders-curriculum-vitae\/","title":{"rendered":"Dr Clemens Goldberg &#8211; The founder&#8217;s curriculum vitae"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><b>Dr Clemens Goldberg &#8211; The founder&#8217;s curriculum vitae<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Born in 1959, Goldberg was accepted 1973 to the cello master class of Christoph Henkel at the Staatliche Musikhochschule Freiburg, Germany.<\/p>\n<p>From 1980 till 1985 he studied musicology, philosophy and Indian Studies in Freiburg, Paris and Heidelberg, where he completed his Ph.D. directed by Prof. Ludwig Finscher.<br \/>\nFrom 1985-1987 he was Visiting Professor at State University of New York at Stony Brook supported by a grant of the Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung.<\/p>\n<p>1987 until 1989 he lived in Paris where he worked on his book on the Esthetics of musical space, supported by a research grant of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft. Moreover he gave concerts with chamber music ensembles and recorded for France Musique.<\/p>\n<p>In 1989 Goldberg moved to Berlin where he established himself as a radio author and presenter for public broadcast. He also worked for public TV. Since 1994 he conceived his own radio show &#8220;Goldberg-Variationen\u201c which is still broadcast on RBB (Kulturradio Berlin Brandenburg).<\/p>\n<p>From 1990 until 1994 he was appointed lecturer for Musicology at Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin. From 1994-1996 he was guest Professor at Hochschule der K\u00fcnste Berlin.
